Usage & Benefit : Natural insect repellent, surface household cleaner, deodorant to remove bad odour. When inhaled, Citronella oil promotes happy, positive feelings. Applied topically, it can be soothing to the skin and scalp.
Blends well with : Eucalyptus, Lavender, Lemongrass, Rosemary, Peppermint and Citrusy essential oils.
Note :
Do not use Citronella essential oil on infant under 6 months old.
For children under 2 years old :
Water diffuser (1 to 2 drops per 100ml)
Nebuliser diffuser (15 sec for 1/2/3 hour)
For topical use (Dilute pure essential oils with a carrier oil such as Grapeseed oil/jojoba oil/fractionated coconut oil,etc) it is important to follow these dilution guidelines for :
- 6 - 24 months : 0.25% - 0.5%
- 2 - 6 years old : 1% - 2%
- 6 - 15 years old : 1.5% - 2%
- Over 15 years : 2% - 3%
