Clary Sage is obtained from the flowering stems of salvia sclarea L. clary sage is a biennial or perennial herb which have a number of therapeutic benefits, in particular for women’s health.
It also helps to reduce the symptoms of upset stomach, other digestive disorders, as well as for it's calming properties, which will enhance motivation, positivity, helps to restore the connection with our Mind, Body and Spirit as well as beneficence to the hair and skin.

Note :
Do not use Clary sage essential oil on children under 2 years old.
For children between 2 - 6 years old:
Water diffuser (2 to 3 drops per 100ml)
Nebuliser diffuser (15 sec for 1/2/3 hour)
For topical use (Dilute pure essential oils with a carrier oil such as Grapeseed oil/jojoba oil/fractionated coconut oil,etc) it is important to follow these dilution guidelines for :
- 2 - 6 years old : 0.25% - 1%
- 6 - 15 years old : 1% - 2%
- Over 15 years : 2% - 3%
