Many associate Australia with Eucalyptus oil due to their close association with traditions and of course the ever-loved Koala. However on a commercial scale, it is China that exports most around the world, in particularly the standard Eucalyptus globulus (containing 80% cineole).
With the high natural eucalyptol content (80% cineole) which is popular among sportspeople and the elderly and widely known to help with muscle relieve and respiratory problems.

Usage & Benefit : Help to stimulate healthy circulation and relieve inflammation and itching. The scent increases energy and improve mental focus and soothe the discomfort of respiratory conditions such as cough, asthma, sore throat, sinus & snoring. Also effective from occasional overuse such a strenuous gym workout and strain. (This should be avoided if there is a history of epilepsy.)
Blends well with : Lemongrass, Lemon, Rosemary, Lavender, Cedarwood, Peppermint, Citronella, Frankincense , Tea Tree and Ginger essential oils.
Note :
Do not use Eucalyptus essential oil on newborn under 3 months old.
For children under 2 years old:
Water diffuser (1 to 2 drops per 100ml)
Nebuliser diffuser (15 sec for 1/2/3 hour)
For topical use - avoid near face (Dilute pure essential oils with a carrier oil such as Grapeseed oil/jojoba oil/fractionated coconut oil,etc) it is important to follow these dilution guidelines for :
- 3 - 6 months : 0.25% - 0.5%
- 6 - 24 months : 0.5% - 1%
- 2 - 6 years old : 1% - 2%
- 6 - 15 years old : 1.5% - 2%
- Over 15 years : 2% - 3%
