Ginger oil is obtained from the base of the zingiber officinale plant. Ginger root has been utilized in folk medications to relieve aching, fever, cold, sickness, and feminine grievances, which is why it’s known as “the oil of empowerment.

Note :
Do not use Ginger essential oil on children under 2 years old.
For children between 2 to 6 years old:
Water diffuser (2 to 3 drops per 100ml)
Nebuliser diffuser (15 sec for 1/2/3 hour)
For topical use (Dilute pure essential oils with a carrier oil such as Grapeseed oil/jojoba oil/fractionated coconut oil,etc) it is important to follow these dilution guidelines for :
- 2 - 6 years old : 0.25% - 1%
- 6 - 15 years old : 1% - 2%
- Over 15 years : 2% - 3%
